Job Summary
Lead in-market operations and partner engagements across Africa; set the country strategy aligned to the JUMO Growth and New Markets strategy; drive partnerships with financial institutions, mobile network operators, wallet providers, regulators and government bodies; manage cross-border relationships and capitalize on opportunities to grow the JUMO ecosystem; ensure in-country teams operate effectively within a remote-first, flexible work environment, while aligning local strategies with the global GNM framework; demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution across diverse African markets.
Required Qualifications
- 10 - 15 years of experience as a senior leader in Digital Finance, across both Operations and Relationship management
