Job Summary
Manage inventory costs through daily and weekly counts, place truck orders, and ensure preventative maintenance of facility and equipment. Direct team operations to meet KPIs while overseeing cash control, security procedures, and food safety standards. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to develop servant leaders, creating a positive culture that motivates staff to exceed guest expectations. Call back guests with complaints and establish action plans to improve guest metrics. Requires 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, P&L interpretation skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications

- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
