Job Summary
Manage inventory costs through daily and weekly counts, place truck orders, and ensure preventative maintenance of facility and equipment. Direct restaurant operations to meet KPIs while maintaining food safety standards, cash control procedures, and brand compliance. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a positive culture, then motivate the team to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service that resolves guest complaints. Create action plans to improve guest metrics and establish a positive culture. Requires 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, P&L interpretation skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
