Job Summary
Manage inventory costs through daily and weekly counts, place truck orders, and ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment. Direct team operations to meet KPIs while upholding food safety and brand standards, and handle guest complaints by calling them back. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, create schedules, and establish a positive culture to develop servant leaders. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, with a focus on profitability and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
Desired Qualifications

- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
