Job Summary
General Manager III at Store 9718 leads store operations in Pooler, GA to achieve overall sales goals and service objectives, manages professional customer relationships, hires and develops team members, ensures inventory and operational standards, and coaches staff to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional). Requires strong leadership and communication, ability to manage P&L, conduct performance management, and lead change while building relationships with customers and teammates. Responsibilities include store team supervision, on-duty leadership, scheduling, safety, and execution of all store processes; secondary duties include DIY services (battery installation, wiper installs), inventory control, and supporting district/region functions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to analyze business reports, and the capability to recruit and develop quality team members are essential. ASE certification is preferred but not required; a valid driver's license is required. The role offers sales commission opportunities and equal employment opportunity.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred
