Job Summary
Analyze operating statements and profitability determinants to adjust actions, while preparing GM reports and ensuring accurate payroll processes. Manage sales goals and leads, coach salespeople, and profile customer marketing bases to drive value propositions. Conduct performance appraisals, provide counsel and discipline, and develop employees for promotional opportunities. Adhere to government safety guidelines and vendor programs, utilizing established accounting controls for A/R, A/P, and payroll. Requires a BS/BA in Business Administration and 5+ years in HVAC, Security, or Pest Control. Salary plus bonus opportunity available.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA Degree in Business Administration or Operations
- 5+ Years of experience in the HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer service focused industries
