Job Summary
General Manager II for Store 5302 in Oneida, TN leads store operations to achieve sales and service goals, develop professional customer relationships, and drive program growth. Responsible for recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and development of the store team; ensures inventory and operational standards are met; acts as manager on duty with duties including coaching, floor management, safety, and open/close tasks. Leads change management, promotes diversity and respect, and can provide DIY services (battery installation, wiper installs, etc.). Requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen; proficient in MS Word/Excel with ability to analyze P&L and drive profitability; expects 5-6 day workweeks with long shifts, including nights and weekends. ASE P2 certification or readiness is preferred, along with ability to source parts and train for store processes and diagnostics; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred; ASE certification preferred but not required
