Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- Must be able to become ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to achieve store sales goals and service objectives
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage P&L and financial metrics
- Knowledge of automotive systems and DIY service
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems
