Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods while managing vendor relationships and site P&L. Develop strategies to optimize processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity through the use of warehouse management systems. Lead a team of Operations Managers and staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a productive culture. Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews to drive continuous improvement and maintain strong customer relationships. Requires 5+ years of managerial experience in supply chain or distribution with P&L responsibility. National salary range $105,000 - $135,000.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
- Strong customer-facing experience
- 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment
- Staff management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operation
- Strong financial acumen with site-level P&L responsibility
- Quality Assurance background
- Experience in Third Party Logistics (3PL) and/or Contract Logistics
- P&L management
- Project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
