Job Summary
General Manager I role overseeing store 8085 in Frankfort, KY with responsibility for achieving store sales goals, developing Professional Customer relationships, managing hiring/development of Team Members, inventory and operational standards, and acting as manager on duty. Requires 50-55 hours weekly, 11-hour shifts, rotating nights and weekends; involves coaching, scheduling, and leadership to drive customer success and program growth; ASE certification is preferred, and proficiency in store systems, parts lookup, and DIY services is expected.
