General Manager I – Store 7924 in Richmond, TX: Lead store operations and drive overall sales and service goals. Build and manage Professional Customer relationships, coach and develop a store Team, oversee hiring, scheduling, and performance management, and ensure execution of inventory and operational standards. Responsibilities include leading on-duty coverage, floor/phone management, safety, and open/close duties; drive DIY and Professional customer initiatives; influence P&L and financial performance; implement changes, and uphold exceptional service and appearance standards. Required skills include leadership, communication, experience managing 10-20 Team Members, strong analytical ability (P&L review), inventory and POS systems proficiency, and the ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Preferred ASE certification and a bachelor’s degree in business or related area; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; advanced MS Office skills. This is an exempt, full-time role in a retail auto-parts environment with a minimum 50-55 hour work week expectation and rotating days/nights/weekends.
