Job Summary

Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives by managing and growing Professional Customer relationships, including building and holding the team accountable to executing Customer action plans. Select, hire, develop, and coach store Team Members while ensuring execution of all inventory and operational standards. Provide DIY service including battery installation, testing, and wiper installation, and assist District/Region in other functions upon request. Review and analyze P&L statements to maintain financial metrics and service appearance standards. Lead change management, foster a respectful environment for Customers and Team Members, and ensure safety compliance. Work an average schedule of 5-6 days a week with 11-hour shifts including rotating nights and weekends, with an hour for lunch.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 50-55 hours per week

Valid driver's license
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Bachelor's degree in business or a related area
2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10 - 20 Team Members
Successful experience managing profitability
Proven financial and business acumen
Working knowledge of automotive systems
Ability to speak and write English
Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with Customers, peers and upper management
Ability to use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required; PowerPoint preferred)
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, sales increases, and gross profit percent
Ability to review and analyze business reports, such as profit and loss statement (P&L)
Ability to hold others accountable, inspect work quality and give feedback in a way that is inspiring
Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed
