Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash control, and inventory management while maintaining strict safety and loss prevention compliance. Direct team performance through scheduling, coaching, and training, ensuring adherence to attendance, uniform, and policy standards. Manage budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance, while coordinating maintenance of building equipment, POS systems, and grounds. Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly, conduct safety meetings, and adjust staffing levels to maintain labor control. Report incidents within 24 hours and partner with the Loss Prevention Department to ensure integrity in all transactions.
