Job Summary
Oversee store operations by providing prompt guest service, resolving complaints, and maintaining inventory control while managing budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance. Direct maintenance of building equipment, troubleshoot POS systems, and conduct safety training for teammates including lockout/tag-out procedures and spill prevention protocols. Supervise staff through scheduling, coaching, performance management, and orientation meetings while enforcing cash controls and loss prevention policies. Open and close the store as necessary, complete daily paperwork, and adjust staffing levels to maintain labor control. Depending on location, shifts may include weekends and holidays.
