Job Summary
General Manager is responsible for managing staff, sales, and day-to-day field operations while collaborating with ownership on goals, performance, and growth. Leads a team of Technicians, Estimators, Project Coordinators and Apprentices to efficiently complete customer jobs, ensure high-quality execution, monitor post-job satisfaction, and address issues. Oversees staffing tasks (recruiting, hiring, training, retention, scheduling), maintains sales and project data in the Service Titan CRM, handles office purchasing and organization, and manages relationships with customers, realtors, property managers, and maintenance reps to boost sales and measure effectiveness. Oversees sub-contractor work for operational efficiency and may visit potential jobs to create estimates; may assist technicians on-site as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager, or similar leadership role conducting similar activities to what's listed above
- 2+ years of experience leading teams to complete projects from start to finish with exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals
- Valid driver's license
