Job Summary
Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members while providing hands-on support to ensure outstanding results. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and swiftly address guest concerns to keep the property "Guest Ready," managing reviews to uphold standards. Follow brand guidelines, manage budgets, control labor and occupancy, and oversee P&Ls to facilitate successful operations. Network within the local community to build relationships with clients and lead in-house sales initiatives to increase occupancy. Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public space needs, remaining flexible for shift coverage to ensure operational continuity. Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security needs are met. Willing to work a changing schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- 1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Willing to work a changing schedule
