Job Summary
Lead hotel operations with integrity and guest-focused service at Hotel deLuxe in Portland, OR. Drive guest satisfaction, recruit and develop a high-performing, service-oriented team across departments, and ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and safety regulations. Model service excellence, incorporate guest feedback into improvements, monitor performance with clear goals, and maintain property cleanliness and security. Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Requires GM/AGM experience (5+ years), supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills; education includes HS diploma or equivalent with a degree preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel environment at the GM or AGM level required
- Supervisory experience required
- General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience required
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
