Job Summary
As the General Manager of a high-volume nightlife venue, you will oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house teams, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include managing operations, financial oversight, team leadership, and collaborating on events. Ideal candidates will have extensive management experience in nightlife, particularly in beverage management, with strong hospitality and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of management experience in a high-volume lounge, nightclub, bar, or upscale casual concept; GM experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in Beverage Management specifically.
- Demonstrated success running operations and controlling a P&L in a nightlife environment.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent hospitality skills with comfort engaging VIPs and nightlife guests.
- Solid understanding of bar operations, cocktails, bottle service, and basic kitchen operations.
- Strong financial skills in scheduling, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with live entertainment, DJs, or promotional events is a plus.
- Current food-safety and alcohol-service certifications or ability to obtain
