Job Summary
Develop and implement plans to achieve branch sales and operations targets by collaborating with In-Home Sales, Installation, and Warehouse managers to improve systems and ensure revenue goals are met. Monitor daily performance, provide coaching, and oversee inventory management, quality control, and OSHA compliance across field and warehouse operations. Review monthly location financials, analyze data points to develop strategies for overcoming obstacles, and manage office headcount to support hiring and training needs. Represent the company at philanthropic events and provide effective training on role requirements, working relationships, and culture. This role supports West Shore Home's mission to build the first nationwide home remodeling brand with a customer-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in the Construction and Home Improvement industry
- A relentless focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to analyze multiple ever-changing data points to develop strategies to overcome obstacles and keep the promises of our company to our customers
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
