Job Summary
Lead and oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales; drive marketing initiatives to exceed guest expectations; provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability; recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent delivering WOW experiences; supervise and mentor staff; collaborate with departments to achieve budgets and build strong working relationships; ensure cleanliness and safety; develop and monitor the hotel’s annual budget and track performance; produce and explain monthly financial reports; deliver strong financial performance while maintaining guest relations; collaborate with other General Managers for best practices.
