Job Summary
General Manager responsible for building and supervising a team to achieve Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability; operate the restaurant according to company standards; ensure orders are correct and served within service time goals; prepare and maintain high quality products; keep a clean and organized restaurant; recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; provide direction and supervision to reduce turnover; complete daily/weekly/period-end paperwork; manage scheduling, food ordering, and inventory; implement shakerboarding and local store marketing events to drive sales.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and reach/move items up to 6 feet
- Strong communication skills (reading, speaking, writing, listening)
- Ability to supervise and develop staff
- Basic math skills
- Experience with scheduling and inventory control
- Completion of required training programs for certification
- Previous supervisory experience
