Job Summary
General Manager for Little Caesars responsible for leading and supervising a team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability while operating the restaurant per company standards. Oversees recruiting, training, scheduling, ordering, coaching, and evaluating staff; ensures high-quality, consistent product preparation and service; maintains cleanliness and organization; drives local store marketing, promotions, and customer experience; manages paperwork and financials (P&L) with supervision from Area Supervisor/Market Director; fosters team development, effective communication, delegation, and positive change to minimize turnover; relocation support of $500 is available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
- Effective communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Basic math skills
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Ability to pass required training programs for certification
