Job Summary
General Manager role leading strategic and operational direction for a high-end residential design-build & maintenance organization. Own full P&L and drive revenue growth through disciplined planning, KPI management, and continuous improvement. Lead cultural transformation to build a high-performance organization, expand revenue via account planning and cross-sell/upsell strategies, and optimize planning, scheduling, purchasing, change orders, job cost, and billing. Implement data-driven operating cadences with dashboards and variance analysis. Attract and develop top talent, establish clear roles and rhythms, and model integrity and accountability. Drive profitable growth through pricing strategy, marketing (including digital marketing tech), and innovative service offerings emphasizing sustainability. Required Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of operational leadership with proven P&L responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience with proven P&L responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant industry certifications are advantageous
- Proven success leading multi-site or multi-service operations in landscape, construction, facilities, or adjacent service industries
- Demonstrable success in driving profitable revenue growth and strategic business transformation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and teams
- Fluency in KPI management, job-cost control, forecasting, and operational reporting
- Strong executive communication skills
