Job Summary
Manage restaurant profitability through full P&L accountability, setting sales and profit goals, and maintaining flawless shift execution. Build and develop a high-performing team by hiring, training, and managing labor costs while enforcing food safety standards and inventory controls. Execute company recipes and standards to ensure quality, streamline kitchen processes for fast casual ticket times, and maintain equipment safety. Serve as a brand ambassador by fostering a positive culture, managing supplier relationships, and supporting community events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail /hospitality industry

- Hepatitis A vaccination record
