Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience and financially successful club results. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing staff while providing leadership for employee relations, coaching, and problem resolution. Manage front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, new sign-ups, and tours, alongside overseeing member service and trainer performance. Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and inventory standards while tracking statistics and reporting. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a salary of $35,000 to $39,000 annually plus a monthly bonus.

- Assistant General Manager experience in the health fitness industry
- A passion for fitness and health
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Demonstrated relationship management and team oriented
- Detail-oriented and high analytical thinking with proven ability to problem-solve
- Punctuality and reliability
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
- Strong business acumen
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn company specific programs
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Satisfactory background check
