Job Summary
Lead overall performance of Hemmant and Cannon Hill facilities in Queensland, driving safety, customer service, financial outcomes, and operational delivery. Engage and inspire a large workforce while managing site P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives. Develop operational strategies aligned with national objectives, champion workforce planning, and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Safety, HR, Engineering, and Finance to advance innovation and continuous improvement. Report to the Regional Director Operations, North.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive senior leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain, cold storage, manufacturing or related industries
- In-depth commercial acumen with proven P&L accountability
- Demonstrated success leading large, diverse and multi-layered teams
- Experience managing customer relationships in a service-driven environment
- A proven ability to improve productivity, service and operational performance
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Credentials in budgeting, financial reporting and cost control
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management or a related discipline
