Oversee all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations, driving growth, performance metrics, and P&L ownership while capturing major market share through organic expansion or M&A activity. Deliver gold-standard service and quality through training, accountability, and metrics to increase revenue, sales conversion, and employee retention. Develop culture, systems, and measures to teach industry-leading staff, building a purpose-driven management team and expanding employment opportunities in local communities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent
- 3+ years Management/Supervisory required
- P&L experience strongly preferred
