Job Summary
General Manager role at Brasserie Blanc in Bournemouth. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in a high quality branded restaurant environment
- Proven track record of running busy, high-volume operations and leading large teams
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and driving business growth
- Ability to maintain exceptional standards across food, service, and presentation
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, people-focused leadership and hospitality delivery
