Job Summary
Guide and evolve World 50 Healthcare offerings for enterprise employers, startup partners, and VCs while owning the full P&L and developing a sustainable business model. Create and execute a strategic growth plan to expand membership across Employee Benefits, Healthcare Systems, and Innovation Partner programs. Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to member/partner growth, service delivery, and the curation of impactful in-person and virtual experiences. Develop go-to-market strategies for providers, implement data analysis to improve member value, and collaborate with internal teams to measure progress through clear metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in general management, product management and development, peer community leadership, professional services, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in scaling premium services or membership-based organizations and in growth leadership
- Experience in building, leading, and mentoring effective Sales teams and Premium Service teams
- A strong understanding of, or a demonstrated capacity to learn, the needs of Benefit and Healthcare executives, startups, and VCs
- Solid financial management skills and operational acumen
- Demonstrated fact-based data-driven prioritization skills, decision making and leadership
- Bachelor's degree
