Job Summary
Execute local market strategy and tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence, budget achievement, and targeted growth across commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal sales efforts. Lead an infrastructure team managing operations at transfer stations, landfills, recycling centers, and complexes while overseeing safety programs, environmental compliance, and accident prevention. Represent the Company to customers, vendors, and municipal stakeholders, building strong relations with government and community groups. Manage performance and talent development for division-level managers in Operations, Finance, and Human Resources. This role requires up to 30% travel by air, car, and other modes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management responsibility
- Minimum of 3 years of P & L experience
