Job Summary
Lead all daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality and service excellence; recruit, train, coach, and develop a best-in-class front-of-house team; partner with Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences; drive financial performance through labor management, cost controls, and revenue optimization; monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction; maintain high standards of food quality, service execution, cleanliness, and compliance; build relationships with VIP guests and community partners; support private events and programming that elevate the guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience in fine dining, upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or chef-driven concepts
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, labor controls, and budgeting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality and team development
- Experience with wine programs, elevated service standards, and luxury guest expectations is highly preferred
