Job Summary
General Manager overseeing unit operations at Hardee's/Morning Star location in Maiden, NC. Responsible for staffing by hiring and maintaining staffing levels, training with the company’s processes, ordering using the Mclane system and back-office workflows, scheduling with labor-matrix compliance, and monitoring labor to meet business needs. Administers cash controls and deposits, ensures adherence to cash policies, and maintains compliance with safety, health department, and QA standards. Delivers quality product and customer service, ensures food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. Leads training and development of crew and shift managers, ensures proper implementation of the Crew Person Training Program and Shift Manager training, and communicates with on-duty management. Maintains professional appearance and conduct, enforces disciplinary actions in person, and drives overall restaurant performance including labor, food cost, and inventory control. успешно maintains guest satisfaction through consistent operations, discipline, and performance management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- 50 Hours minimum required
- Returning Phone calls. The GM must be able to answer or return the restaurants phone calls in a timely manner. All calls should be returned within an hour
- GM follows and complies with all company policies and procedures
- GM follows and enforces all company safety, security and emergency policies and procedures; maintains a safe and secure environment for employees and customers
- GM personal appearance must be neat, professional, and wrinkle-free
- GM professionalism; disciplinary actions must be face-to-face in writing
- Training & Development responsibilities
- Follows Crew Person Training Program and Shift Manager training process
- Keeps manager on duty informed of anything that might affect customers, employees and operations
- Performance orientation and understanding of performance expectations
- Follows customer service guidelines and procedures; ensures exceptional service
- Works station areas, cleans and stocks, performs duties as assigned
- Prepares hot, quality products and ensures sanitation and safety
