Job Summary
Lead hotel operations as General Manager for Hall Arts Hotel, Autograph Collection, overseeing Experience Curators and multiple departments to drive exceptional guest experiences and business results. Provide guidance and oversight to teams, execute programs that drive success, and collaborate across hotels and outlets. Requires extensive experience in hotel/restaurant operations, outstanding communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for curating memorable guest experiences in a luxury, four-diamond property environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) plus years of experience as Director of Operations/Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet property.
- Has managed/overseen both Food & Beverage & Rooms Division.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
