Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the club's performance, leading a team of roughly 8–15 across coaching, sales and operations, and driving membership growth, retention, and financial performance. Lead from the front to maintain exceptional standards and deliver world-class member experiences, while collaborating with the Founder and senior leadership on projects to support expansion and multi-site growth. Role emphasizes developing future leaders, implementing scalable systems, improving revenue and profitability, and ensuring operational excellence and high member satisfaction. The position offers pathway into senior operational leadership as the business grows and expands to additional sites.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: Previous experience as a General Manager, Club Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience leading and developing teams of 8–15 people
- Proven track record in membership growth, retention, revenue or overall business performance
- Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills
- Commercial awareness and capability with KPIs and business metrics
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
- Genuine passion for health, fitness and personal development
