Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the FBO including customer relations, line operations, accounting, health, safety, and environmental functions while providing day-to-day leadership to facilitate safer, reliable service. Correspond with customers regarding tenant relations and transient sales, regularly interact with them to measure satisfaction, and use feedback to develop and improve capabilities. Establish a safety culture through daily observation, shift briefings, routine audits, and documented procedures, including formulating plans for emergencies. Accountable for base performance against budget, audit results, and maintaining proper staffing levels based on operational volumes. Conduct accident investigations to determine root causes and oversee GSE and facility maintenance operations. Perform leadership functions such as conducting annual reviews, making hiring decisions, and administering the Computer Based Training program. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree in Aviation or related study and/or equivalent professional experience
- valid driver's license
- pass background screening and airport screening
- strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of business management and accounting
- Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft office products
