Job Summary
General Manager oversees Plasma Collection Center operations, staff management, and quality control, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Responsible for meeting quarterly KPI targets, staffing efficiency, and cost-per-liter targets; directs personnel functions including hiring, training, disciplinary actions, and records maintenance; provides strategic direction and planning; ensures donor selection, plasma collection, and related records are conducted to company standards; maintains inventory and facility conditions; oversees budget preparation and achievement of production targets and quality goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business experience
- supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred
- Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred
