Job Summary
Lead pub sales growth by collaborating with the business development manager and management team. Recruit and develop staff to ensure they possess the knowledge needed to delight customers while upholding brand standards and safety protocols. Deliver amazing experiences through personal leadership, ensuring both customers and teams have a great time. Maintain high standards in daily operations with keen attention to detail and P&L control. This role requires a personal license and is open to candidates with previous General Manager experience in hospitality or retail. Required Qualifications
- Personal license (must already have or be able to acquire)
- Very high standards and attention to detail in all aspects of the day-to-day running of a successful pub
- Great communication and leadership skills
- Business savvy with a keen eye for P&L control
- Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls
- Right attitude and outlook
- Previous success at General Manager level (from hospitality, retail or other fast paced background)
