Job Summary
General Manager leading Gravity Haus’ hotel operations in a boutique, adventure-driven setting. Oversees day-to-day hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and spa/wellness; drives revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; recruits, trains, and mentors staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences; collaborates with marketing and sales to grow local membership and drive revenue from amenities and events; engages with the local community and plans community events; ensures property maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance; leads sustainability initiatives and KPI-driven performance across guest satisfaction, member growth, events quality, and operational efficiency; requires proven leadership in hospitality with strong financial acumen, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a bachelor’s degree (preferred) with equivalent work experience considered.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in hospitality leadership
- Proven GM or senior hotel leader
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
