Job Summary
Lead the operation of a high-volume Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Boston, ensuring Hell’s Kitchen brand standards, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving performance metrics. Responsible for effective execution of the operation, team leadership and development, achieving loyalty and retention, health & safety and food safety compliance, inventory and stock control, supply chain management, and P&L targets. Drive quality service, guest satisfaction, and ensure consistency in presentation and food quality while representing the brand to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager within a restaurant
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and manage relationships at all levels
- Proven track record of leading and developing a kitchen/restaurant team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance
