Job Summary
General Manager position for Goose Creek (Store 32265) in Princess Anne, MD. Responsible for the management of the entire store operation, leading a high-performing team to ensure customer and associate satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability. Oversees scheduling, payroll, hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and daily store administration; ensures compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements; maintains store appearance and inventories; drives profitability and customer experience while preventing conflicts of interest and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires leadership across shifts, weekend/holiday availability, and a valid driver’s license.
