Job Summary
Manage the entire store operation by ensuring execution of organizational objectives, achieving store goals, and driving profitability. Lead a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction. Supervise daily task assignments, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory policies. Process daily invoices and deposits, conduct periodic inventories, and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment. Perform duties of a typical store associate, including exposure to cold temperatures and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
