Job Summary
Manage the entire store operation, leading the team to execute organizational objectives and ensure customer and associate satisfaction. Supervise daily task assignments, recruit, hire, train, and coach associates while planning work schedules and coordinating activities. Ensure profitability, process daily invoices and deposits, maintain accurate payroll reporting, and conduct periodic inventories. Adhere to all safety, security, and store policies, including verifying age for restricted sales and maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays, performing typical store associate duties and lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- This position requires constant standing, bending, and reaching
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
