Job Summary
Lead the entire store operation by supervising daily task assignments, managing recruiting, hiring, training, and performance of the team, and ensuring profitability. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and complaints while maintaining brand standards, safety, and security policies. Handle administrative duties including daily invoice processing, deposits, timekeeping, and inventory counts. Adhere to all local regulations and work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store appearance and possess a valid driver's license.

- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
