Job Summary
General Manager overseeing restaurant operations with focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience, training and developing team members (including Shift Managers), upholding safety and sanitation standards, daily cash handling, employee relations, and controlling food, labor, and other controllable costs. Leads financial management and overall restaurant performance, with responsibilities spanning customer service, team performance, costs, safety, facilities, administration, and alignment with company values (Hospitality, Respect, Integrity, Entrepreneurship). Position located in Firestone, Colorado with standard in-person work requirements and benefits package. Also notes weekly pay, parental leave, paid time off, and a monthly food allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience as a Fast-Food General Manager
- Ability to stand and walk around the kitchen for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in English
