Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the dispensary’s operations with a focus on leadership, sales performance, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading staff recruitment, training, development, scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews; driving revenue and KPI achievement (ADS, UPT, Sell Through, payroll, expenses); managing inventory, cash handling, and vendor relationships; ensuring compliance with state cannabis regulations and METRC/POS processes; delivering exceptional customer experiences through culture, loyalty programs, promotions, and omni‐channel initiatives; and acting as the store’s primary driver of operational excellence and staff engagement in a fast‐paced cannabis retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or can substitute experience for degree
- 2-5 years in a leadership position in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis related industries
- Must have 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service related work
- Cannabis industry experience preferred
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Must have flexibility in working hours
