Job Summary
General Manager at Good Day Farm dispensary overseeing all operations with a focus on driving sales performance, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and customer experience. Responsible for hiring and developing staff, payroll, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining company culture; manage revenue and KPIs (ADS, UPT, Sell Through), competitive analysis, inventory control, cash handling, and POS/METRC systems. Leads store promotions, loyalty programs, visual merchandising, and omni-channel customer experiences (drive-thru, delivery, online ordering). Collaborates with regional partners and ensures adherence to State regulations and compliance in a fast-changing cannabis industry.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 2-5 years in a leadership position in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis related industries.
- Must have 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service related work.
- Cannabis industry experience preferred.
- Must be able to clear a background check.
- Must have flexibility in working hours.
- Bachelor’s Degree or can substitute experience for degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability in people management and culture building.
- Positive attitude and flexibility.
- Critical thinking and Logic skills.
- Demonstrated experience in cash and inventory management.
- Microsoft Suite experience.
- Dutchie POS experience preferred.
- METRC Seed-to-Sales experience preferred.
