Job Summary
General Manager role responsible for building a positive, accountable culture, coaching and developing future leaders, and ensuring high-quality safety and customer experiences. Oversees staffing, scheduling, payroll, and customer experience while maintaining safety standards and operational excellence through Goldfish systems. Drives enrollment growth and retention, partners on marketing and operational initiatives, and builds relationships with families and the local community. Requires leadership experience and strong communication; certifications in Lifeguard, Goldfish Swim Instructor, and CPO must be attained within 90 days. Fast-paced environment with focus on leadership development and culture. Reports to Regional Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Must attain Lifeguard certification
- Must attain Goldfish Swim Instructor certification
- Must attain CPO within 90 Days of employment
