Job Summary
Own the overall performance of the store, including sales, profitability, team, and guest experience. Build and develop a high-performing management team and staff while managing store financials, labor, and operations to meet targets. Serve as the bridge between the store and the corporate team, upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness. This full-time role requires moderate physical activity and nearly continuous standing, with eligibility for a performance bonus tied to store sales, profitability, and labor management. We promote from within, offering a clear path for advancement and ongoing leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience
- High school diploma
- Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends
- Sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat
- Ability to stand and walk nearly continuously
- Ability to reach overhead
- Ability to be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers
Desired Qualifications
- AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10+ team members
- Strong business acumen including P&L, labor, and scheduling, plus proven leadership
