Job Summary
Drive branch profitability by taking full P&L responsibility, managing cost control, and optimizing operational efficiency across all business lines. Execute direct commercial sales efforts to generate new revenue streams in the O&I, FF&E, and commercial logistics sectors while overseeing day-to-day operations for high-volume commercial and residential projects. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, project managers, and operations staff to ensure exceptional service delivery from dispatch to completion. Cultivate strong relationships with key corporate accounts, facility managers, and strategic local partners while monitoring market trends and optimizing pricing structures within the company's CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience and a proven track record in commercial moving sales and B2B business development
- Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Branch Manager, or in a senior leadership role within the moving, storage, and logistics industry
- Deep strategic understanding of highly commercial, enterprise-level business environments and complex project management
- Practical knowledge and operational understanding of residential moving processes, regulations, and customer service standards
- Exceptional financial acumen, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing branch P&L and driving scalable revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in modern CRM platforms
