Job Summary
Oversee all park operations at Get Air Victorville, including hiring, training, and supervising staff; manage customer service, safety, and building maintenance; control park expenses and vendor relations; drive KPI achievement to increase profitability; engage with Community and marketing efforts; coordinate scheduling and ensure a safe, fun family experience with a focus on operations, leadership, and employee development. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of management experience; must be able to work nights and weekends and holidays; able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; bilingual a bonus. Compensation up to $95,000/year (base $75,000-$85,000 plus tips/bonuses/commissions) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus after 120 days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of management experience
- ability to work nights and weekends, and some major holidays
- stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- bilingual a plus
- conflict management and customer service skills
- leadership and training experience
